Objectives: In Lakki Marwat, KPK, Pakistan's Category C hospital, probiotics were utilized to establish its efficiency in countering Antibiotic-Induced Diarrhea. Determine the following was aim of secondary At antibiotics have been found be a common cause diarrhea. Its prevalence is noticeable, sometimes sporadically. Probiotics' effectiveness when addressing Diarrhea caused by are under evaluation. Probiotic therapy's safety and tolerability both crucial factors consider. Materials Methods: During timeframe Jan 2021 2022, study carried out Cat-C hospital Marwat. registered medical centre, various patients included as part research. These had earlier received for their health conditions. To facilitate treatment, they all given form capsules or liquid drops. The University Ethics Board provided approval, Helsinki Declaration followed while conducting study. Throughout treatment period, constantly observed any gastrointestinal symptoms such abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea. Results: study, there 100 who participated, majority whom reported experiencing taking antibiotics. Specifically, whopping 97% noted symptoms. most which with 78% reporting this issue. However, did take less diarrhea than those not receive these supplements (P 0.05). Based on findings, it's clear that an effective solution suffer from antibiotic-related discomforts.
